Summons to defendant No. 02 to 16 was issued, same returned with endorsement of bailiff of this court. Order on it. Defendant No. 07 to 10 and 12-ii are present and filed adjournment applications. Order thereon. One Yar Muhammad is appeared and filed adjournment application on behalf of defendant No. 05-i and 05-ii. Order passed on order sheet. The service upon defendants No. 01, 02, 03, 05, 06, 07, 08, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 is hereby held good. However, fresh summons to the legal heirs of defendants No. 04-i and 04-ii be issued through door pasting, in accordance with law. Fresh summons/notices to defendant No. 09 be also issued through courier service. Plaintiff is directed to make compliance.
