This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Liaquat Ali Bhurgri advocate on behalf of applicant namely Bahram son of Noor Muhammad Lashari against SHO PS A-Section Shahdadkot and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Sadique Ali Brohi learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Shahdadkot is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS A-Section Shahdadkot and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 16.06.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
