This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar advocate on behalf of applicant namely Aijaz Hussain son of Noor Hussain Katpar against SHO PS Mahi Makool and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Makhdoom Faique Hussain learned Family/Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Shahdadkot at Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Mahi Makool and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 16.06.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
