Crl. B.B.A. called. The accused, Abdul Lateef, Ahmed Ali alias Papoo, Shah Bakhsh alias Shahoo all by caste Gopang, are present on interim pre-arrest bails granted by the Honourable District and Sessions Judge, Kashmore at Kandhkot. Mr. Nazeer Husain Soomro, learned counsel for the accused, is present. The ADPP for the state is present.
