The process server PC Rafique Ahmed Pitafi returned BWs and stated that he has contacted with the absconding accused on phone call who stated that they are not on bail therefore they will not attend the Court. Record further shows that accused Insaf Shar was arrested by the Police but later on he was released by the Police on bail. However till today said accused failed to appear till today. Let the show cause notice be issued to I.O SIP Aftab Ahmed Leghari and SHO of PS.Dad Leghari to explain their position as to why they shall not be prosecuted for their ex-off non compliance of the Court directions and not serving the B.Ws properly. PC Rafique Ahmed Pitafi is warranted to be careful in future and ensure that the notice/B.Ws/NBWs or any other process be properly served upon persons by obtaining their signature on office copy. Put off to 22.8.2026. Office is directed to comply the directions. B.Ws are extended. |
