Case called. Advocate for the plaintiff is present and submit courier receipts. Bailiff report is returned. Mr.Sardar Ali Depar (D.D.A) is appeared on behalf of defendants No.1 to 4 side. Mr.Barrister Talal advocate appeared and submitted that he is moving as undertaking to file his Vakalatnama on behalf of defendants No.5 to 11, as the attorney of the said defendants, is out of station. As per the endorsement of bailiff, only two official defendant No.1 and 2, have been served. Mr. Talal has given undertaking on behalf of defendants No.5 to 11. Mr.Talal advocate is directed to file vakalatnama on behalf of defendants No.5 to 11. As regards the remaining Defendants No.3,4 and 12 to 16, the plaintiff side is directed to take out process through all modes except publication. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that they have brought the set of plaint and annexures for providing the same to the defendants on whose behalf the undertaking has been moved; Case is adj to 16.10.2025 for filing power/ service upon the remaining defendants. |
