Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Razi Khan Chandio advocate on behalf of applicant namely Zulfiqar Ali son of Imam Bakhsh by caste Bhayo against SHO PS Kamber City and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Syed Imran Imam Zaidi learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-II, Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Kamber city and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, they to release them on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 15.06.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
