The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Saqlain Hussain Mangi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Wazeer Ali, 02-Ghulam Shabir @ Shabir, 03-Nadir Ali, 04-Abdul Wahab all sons of Muhib Ali Magsi in Crime No.231/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 337-Fv,337-Ai,504,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 08.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
