The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Mehran Khan Patoojo advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Asif Ali son of Rasool Bux, 02-Jan Muhammad son of Muhammad Bakhsh, 03-Asad son of Arbab, 04-Pathan, 05-Fayaz both sons of Ahmed Ali, 06-Piree son of Janib, 07-Arbab son of Ghuhram all by caste Jhatiyal in Crime No.106/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 337-Ai,506/2,114,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 08.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
