PC and award him sentence to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten (10) years and fine of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only). In default of payment of fine amount, accused shall undergo two months simple imprisonment more. The benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to him.
