The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhamamd Azam Hullio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Bakhshal son of Ali Akbar @ Ghulam Nabi Khan, 02-Sardar @ Sardar Ali son of Mengal Khan, 03-Ahemd Ali son of Mengal Khan, 04-Hashim @ Muhammad Hashim son of Allah Warayo all by caste Shahani Chandio in Crime No.01/2023 of PS Gaibidero for offence U/S 302,324,114,337-Hii,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.300,000/-(Rupees three lac) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 11.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
