The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhamamd Yousif Magsi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ali Dost son of Jhando Khan, 02-Zaffar Ali, 03-Asif Ali both sons of Ali Dost by caste Bhand in Crime No.47/2026 of PS Sijawal Junejo for offence U/S 506/2,147,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 06.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
