The P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad Khoso Advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01. Raza Muhammad, 02. Punhal, 03. Hussain Bakhsh, 04. Ali Jan, 05. Badaruddin all sons of Ameer Jan by caste Magsi, in crime No.63/2025 of PS Behram for offence u/s 337-Ai, Fi, 506/2, 504, 148-149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 02.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
