The Court is lying vacant. Interim Report called. UTP/Accused namely Hussain Bux S/O Sikander Ali @ Hasul Candio and 02. Imam Bux S/O Ghous Bux Chandio are produced in custody from D.P. Larkana. Today I/O SIP Barkat Ali Chandio appeared and submitted application u/s 344 Cr.P.C for want of time. Order passed on separate sheet. Today Interim report 173 (i) b is hereby treated as Final Challan and is accepted and cognizance taken. Since the all initial formalities have been completed and the section 9 (i) 3-C, 9 (i) 3-b, are exclusively triable by the Honourable Sessions Court. Let the R & Ps be sent up accordingly. Let the necessary documents be supplied to the accused. Put off to 15-10-2026 for charge.
