OFFICE DAIRY DATED: (13.09.2025):- The Illegal Dispossession Petition received from the office of the court of District & Sessions Judge Karachi West for disposal according to law. Order passed on it "In pursuance of section 3 & 4 R/W Section 7 of the illegal dispossession act 2005 (ACT XI OF 2005) the DIG West, is directed to appoint any police official not below the rank of DSP other than this district, to conduct fair spot enquiry/ investigation into the matter and submit such report regarding ownership of the disputed property within fifteen days, by describing the following points. That the complainant is actual owner / occupier and has remanded in lawful possession the property.That the accused have entered into or upon, the same property. That the entry of the accused into said property is without lawful authority.That the accused have done with the intention to disposes (to grab or to control or occupy) the property". Put off to 06.10.2025 for further proceedings.
