The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad Khoso advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Raja Afsar, 02-Sajjad, 03-Naveed all three sons of Deedar Hussain @ Ameer Bakhsh Bada in Crime No.55/2026 of PS Mirokhan for offence U/S 337-Aii,504,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
