The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad Khoso advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Shabir Ahmed S/o Wali Muhammad, Shafique S/o Shabir Ahmed, Rahmatullah s/o Jaffar, Sanaullah @ Balach S/o Jaffar & Rafique S/o Ali Hassan all by caste Khosa in Crime No.122/2026 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot for offence U/S 337Ai, 337Fi, 506/2, 114, 148, 149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thouand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
