P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused Khair Muhammad S/o Ghulam Ali, Saddar @ Safdar Hussain S/o Muhammad Jurial, Juman @ Jumo Khan S/o Ghulam Ali, Sudheer S/o Saddar @ Saddar Hussain & Abdullah S/o Jurial @ Muhammad Jurial all by Caste Magsi in Crime No.232/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 337Ai, 337Lii, 504, 506/2, 148, 149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thouand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
