Publication has been made. on request of associate case is fixed at 9.30. Again called. The counsel for appellant is present. Non is appeared on behalf of respondent side. Order passed on separate order sheet. Case called. Above matter is fixed for service upon respondents. All the possible modes for service upon respondents appear to have been complied with, therefore, service upon respondents is held good. Learned counsel for applicants has argued the matter at much length and has also pressed for passing an order to suspend the further proceedings of Suit No.123/2025 before the learned trial court. He while reiterating the contents of revision has referred to the plaint of the suit filed by respondents and has also relied upon several judgments of Hon???ble Superior Courts. After hearing learned counsel for applicants, matter was kept for passing any appropriate order. Thereafter, Mr. Arshad Mughal Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents and has requested for copy of revision and sought time to argue on instant civil revision application. The applicants side have pressed for passing an order for suspension of further proceedings of civil suit pending before learned trail court. On query, it is confirmed that the next date of the suit before the learned trial court is 13.10.2025. Therefore, under the attending circumstances, matter is adjourned to 10.10.2025 at 10:00 a.m. for arguments of respondents.
