P.C has filed by Mr. Younis Waqar Waggan advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Sajjad @ Sajjad Hussain son of Hassan @ Muhammad Hassan, 02-Anwar @ Muhammad Anwar son of Muhammad Murad, 03-Mujahid @ Mujahid Hussain son of Gullan @ Gul Hassan, 04-Saddam @ Saddam Hussain son of Ali Muhammad @ Ali Nawaz, 05-Altaf @ Altaf Ahmed son of Muharram, 06-Roshan @ Roshan Ali son of Hajjan @ Haji Khan, 07-Gullan @ Gul Hassan son of Kouro all by caste Solangi/Machi in Crime No.81/2026 of PS Warrah for offence U/S 506/2,114,337-Hii,147,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 08.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
