The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Sher Ali son of Hamzo, 02-Abdul Sattar son of Taj Muhammad, 03-Hashim son of Abdul Reheem, 04-Adam @ Adam Khan son of Abdul Kareem, 05-Ishaque @ Muhammad Ishaque son of Abdul Ghafoor Magsi in Crime No.29/2026 of PS Sijawal for offence U/S 354-A,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 06.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
