Today work is suspended due to strike of D.B.A Sukkur. Suit called. Plaintiff and his counsel are called absent. Summons to defendant No. 1 to 16 was issued, same returned duly served upon defendant No. 1 to 6, 8, 10 to 15 and un-served upon defendant No. 7 and 9. Summons to defendant No. 16 and 17 was issued, same not returned served or un-served. Repeat summons to defendant No. 7, 9, 16 and 17. Plaintiff is directed to make compliance.
