Order passed on seperate sheet. the Present Application stands allowed and the Custody of subject vehicle be handed over to the Applicant on furnishing P.R Bond amounting Rs. 50,000/- to effect that the said Vehicle shall not be disposed of till further Orders and would be produced before the Court whenever required. The Order shall not Prejudice the right of Rival Claimant (if any), with better title. |
