This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Gopang, Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Mashooque Ali son of Ali Haider Mugheri, in crime No.09/2026 PS Kamber city for offence under section 447, 506/2, 148-149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 02.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise.
