Bail application called. Mr. Noor muhammad, learned advocate for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Case papers received from SHO PS Mithi. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, whereby bail application is allowed, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:-30000/-(Thirty thousand ) with PR bond in the like amount. One surety namely Ali Akbar s/o Idress NOhri, appeared and filed affidavit to stand as surety of accused . He/surety produced Three original SSCs each of Rs:10,000/- total of Rs-30000/-.
