The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Qadir Bux Lashari advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Bashir Ahmed @ Ghulam Shabir son of Dhani Bakhsh by caste Bozdar in Crime No.23/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 365-B,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court.
