P.C has filed by Mr. Razi Khan Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Faheem, 02-Nazir Ahmed, 03-Wali Muhammad @ Javed Ahmed all sons of Abdul majeed Bouk, in Crime No.415/2025 of PP Pakho PS Kamber City for offence 447,511,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 06.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
