Matter called. D.H alongwith his Counsel is present. The J.D Ishrat Abbas appeared in-person and moved application which reveals that the J.D has extended his no objection to this execution application and further submitted that he is ready to comply with the order dated 09.09.2025 and decree dated 10.09.2025. Order passed and pronounced in the open Court. The perusal of record reveals that this Court vide order dated 09.09.2025 passed in main F.C Suit No.44 of 2024 decreed the suit of plaintiff/D.H in terms of compromise as mentioned in the said order dated 09.09.2025. Since the J.D in-person has appeared and has extended his no objection to this execution application, therefore; there remains no need to proceed further with this matter. The instant execution application is allowed as prayed. The execution application is disposed of from the regular file of this Court and shall be fixed as a miscellaneous matter for satisfaction of the decree. J.D Ishrat Abbas also deposited cash Amount Rs.1000,000/ ( Ten lac) as first instalment/part payment of decreetal amount through application in which he also prayed for grant of time for fuerther compliance. Order passed thereon. Decree holder Amanullah Junejo also submitted application for receiving said amount and requested for grant of time for compliance of Judgment and decree. Order passed on both applications. The first instalment of decreetal amount i-e Rs. 1000,000/-( rupees Ten lac) handed over to Decree Holder Amanullah Junejo under proper receipts on both applications and relevant register. The compliance of decree satisfied partially. Put off 11.5.2026 for further compliance. |
