The learned counsel for the plaintiff appeared and submitted a statement seeking withdrawal of the instant suit on the ground of certain defects, with permission to institute a fresh suit. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff , the suit, along with all pending applications , is dismissed as in fractious, with liberty to the plaintiff to institute a fresh suit on the same cause of action now this suit stands dismissed as withdrawn .Announced in open court. |
