The condition contained in the bail order dated 03.09.2026 regarding furnishing of solvent surety is modified to the extent that each accused shall now furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with P.R. bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court. |
