Accused persons are convicted u/s 243 Cr.P.C for offence u/s 5/A gambling Act, and sentence to undergo simple imprisonment for till rising of the court and pay fine in the sum of Rs.500/-each (Five Hundred Rupees each) in default for payment of fine, accused should suffer S.I for (05) five days and with benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is extended in favor of accused and they have paid the fine amount and they are no more required to be kept under imprisonment into this case. Accused persons are present on bail, their bail bonds stands canceled and surety stands discharge. Let the Copy of Judgment be supplied to accused free of cost.
