After hearing to some extent, both the partieds agreed that commissioner may be appointed to examine the site and verify the facts relating to the availability of street and submit report. In this regard Mr. Sanaullah Mahar, advocate is appointed as Commissioner, he shall conduct the site inspection in presence of Mukhtiarkar and Tapedar concerned, both the parties shall cooperate with him. Tapedar concerned, is directed to cooperate with the commissioner and assist him properly at the time of site inspection, commissioner shall prepare report and submit confidentially on the next date. In this regard, commissioner fees of Rs. 20,000/- is fixed, Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the commissioner by each within three (03) days. Adjourned to 31.01.2026, for commissioner report/hearing.
