Sessions Case (Hudood) bearing No.1/2026 (Hudood) is called. Accused Muhammad Shahban is present on bail. Per file this case being Criminal Case No. 05/2024 initially tried and decided by the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-II Mirpur Mathelo in conviction and sentence of accused Muhammad Shahban son of AAlim Korai vide Judgment dated 16.9.2026, Criminal Appeal No.24/2024 was filed and decided by the Additional Sessions Judge-I Mirpur Mathelo, thereafter Criminal Revision No.2/K/2024 decided by the court of Honorable Shariat Court of Pakistan Bench Registry Karachi. The Honourable Shiariat Court has been pleased to passed an Order dated 05.10.2026. For better understanding operative part read as "2. In such view of the matter, it is directed that the case be remanded to the concerned Sessions Court at District Ghotki. Accordingly, the instant criminal revision petition, along with the accompanied two criminal miscellaneous applications, is hereby disposed of. 3. It is pertinent to mention here that interim bail earlier granted by this court vide order, dated 10.12.2024, shall remain operative only to enable the accused/petitioner to appear before the concerned court of Sessions within 15 days from today. In case of failure to appear within the stipulated period, this protective order shall automatically cease to have effect." The learned ADPP for the State is present. In this case accused had filed Criminal Transfer Application No.31/2026 for transfer of case from the file of this court to another court on administrative grounds. Hence case is adjourned to 22.10.2026 for charge and receipt of final disposal order of transfer application |
