The matter was fixed today for recording the evidence of the plaintiff. However, despite the matter having been called at 09.00 A.M, 12.15 PM, and lastly called at 2.45 PM but the plaintiff has failed to appear before nor his advocate appeared to the Court and has also failed to produce her witnesses for the purpose of recording evidence. Record reveals that plaintiff was absent since last 11( Eleven) dates of hearing, and in this regard shows that plaintiff is not interested to proceed with the matter, hence this Civil suit is dismissed as non prosecution. |
