Report of In-charge Mehran Autos Near Al-Madina CNG Thehri, Bypass (Thehri) District Khairpur is also received. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court. The application is allowed. The motorcycle in question as mentioned above is hereby handed over to applicant subject to furnish original letter of said motorcycle and surety in the sum of Rs.3000/- and PR bond in the like amount. Applicant is further directed not to sale, change the color and title of the motor in question without permission to this court and produce the same as and when require. |
