Order passed on separate sheet on application U/s 151 CPC and placed on record. Decree Holder is directed to received dowry articles as per list from JD in presence of Nazir on the date and time mutually agreed upon both parties on payment of Rs. 2.500/- each to be paid by both parties and Nazir shall submit his report regarding the return of dowry articles on or before next date of hearing. Whereas, JD shall pay the dower amount i.e Two Tola Gold as per rate of Gold prevailing at the time of actual payment to be done on or before next date and one Built House in Karachi measuring 120 Gaz worth Rs. 30,00,000/- which shall be given in the form of constructed house or pay an amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- on or before next date of hearing and remaining Rs. 125,000/- in 12 monthly installments to be paid on the 15th of every month till 15-11-2026, in case of failure this Court shall proceed against the Judgment Debtor under Order 21 Rule 37 of CPC. Matter adjourned to 15.12.2025 for compliance of execution order and report of Nazir. |
