Respondent/J.D also requested that he is residing at Hab Chowki District Balochistan and he is unable to attend the Honourable Court in every month. Order on it. Request allowed. Respondent/J.D directed to send the future maintenance of minor baby son Baldev through Easypaisa account of Applicant/D.H Cell # 0346.2899205 from his Easypaisa account No:0333-1373435. Heard arguments from both the sides. Order passed at Ex.15 and announced in open court. As per order, family execution application is allowed against Judgment Debtor Mahesh Kumar in terms of judgment and decree both dated:21.09.2021 in family suit no.03/2021 of this court. |
