Per FIR and memorandum of arrest and recovery, the prosecution witnesses are HC Ghulam Mustafa Bhan and HC Hakim Din Kalhoro but the investigating officer SIP Ali Mardan Lashari did not cite both of them as witnesses in the final report filed U/S 173 Cr.PC.
