Nazir is directed disputed the shares amount to the shares holders/legal heirs of the deceased (who are Plaintiffs/DH and defendants/JDs) through cheques after proper verification and identification as mentioned in the order. The Nazir is further directed to issue cheques to the shareholders/parties as per their names mentioned on their CNICs. It is further clarified that in case of death of any of the shareholder before or after receiving his/her share, his/her surviving legal heirs would be entitled to get their respective share from the Nazir of this Court after submitted proper application along with FRC and death certificate. The instant execution application is disposed-of accordingly. |

The defendants/J.Ds are directed to submit all paid utility bills and property tax in respect of suit property on the next date of hearing in order to distribute the sale consideration amount lying with the Nazir of this Court amongst the all co-sharers.
