Order passed in order sheet at: A meticulous examination of the service process, including summons and registered post A.D issued against the respondents No.2, 3 and 7 to 9, reflects that the notices have been returned with the endorsement "not residing at the given address'. This stance is untenable in view of the fact that the said respondents were previously served at the very same address during earlier proceedings. The record further demonstrates that they actively contested the matter before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana, as evident from the order dated 18.09.2025. As no other viable mode of service remained, notices were duly issued through the well-known Sindhi Daily 'KAWISH' vide order dated 02.11.2025. Consequent thereto, service upon them stood effected, and the matter was listed on 08.11.2025 and thereafter today. Despite this, none of the private respondents have appeared, nor h as any intimation or request been received on their behalf. In these circumstances, service upon private respondent Nos.2, 3 and 7 to 9 is hereby declared valid. The matter is now ordered to be fixed for original hearing/arguments.
