The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Faheem Akthar Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Imdad Ali son of Roshan Ali by caste Chandio, in Crime No.62/2026 of PS Warrah for offence 324,114,148,149,427 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 06.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
