P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Khalique Bhatti advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Shahid Ali son of Ghulam Hussain Chandio, 02-Ghulam Hussain son of Buxal Chandio, 03-Hakeem son of Ghulam Rasool Jessar, 4-Qadan son of Buxal Chandio, 05-Ghulam Mustafa son of Buxal Chandio, 06-Gul Bahar son of Muhammad Uris Chandio, 07-Rajib Ali son of Buxal Chandio, 08-Buxal Khan son of Rajib Ali Chandio, 09-Gulzar Ali son of Rajib Ali Chandio, 10-Shahnawaz son of Buxal Chandio in Crime No.110/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 114,337-Ai,Fi,F-8, 506/2,147,148 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 04.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
