The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hullio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Shoukat Ali son of Imam Ali, 02-Sarang @ Imam Ali son of Hakim Ali, 03-Sagar son of Shabir @ Roshan Ali, 04-Nooruddin son of Ghulam Abass, 05-Hajjan son of Muhammad Mithal @ Qadir Bux all by caste Bughio, in Crime No.77/2026 of PS Warrah for offence 506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 03.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
