Misc: Appln:u/s 491 CR.PC called. Applicant and his counsel are present. Private respondent No. 1 is present. Mr. Muhammad Yousif advocate filed power on behalf of private respondent No. 01. SHO of PS Sekhat produced the detainee along with his report. Order passed on separate sheet. Consequently, proposed accused No.1, Imran, is directed to ensure that Mst. Razia Bano receives proper and continuous medical treatment. He shall also produce Mst. Razia Bano along with the minor children before this Court on 30.07.2026, along with the latest medical record and treatment reports, enabling this Court to interact with her once her medical condition improves and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The SHO concerned is also directed to ensure compliance with this order and to facilitate the production of the alleged detainees on the next date of hearing, if so required. To come up on 30.07.2026 for production of Mst. Razia Bano along with her updated medical record and further proceedings. Order accordingly. |
