The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Mushtaque Ahmed N. Khuhawar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused Rameez Khan @ Rameez S/o Abdul Haque & Feroz @ Abdul Nabi S/o Abuld Haque both by Caste Bughio in Crime No.76/2026 of PS Warah for offence 337Ai, 506/2, 147, 148, 149, 504 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 31.07.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
