The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused Ghulam Sarwar S/o Gul Muhammad Bughio, Manzoor @ Murad Bux S/o Abdul Majeed Bughio, Muneer @ Muneer Ahmned S/o Muhammad @ Muhammad Mithal Brohi, Rehman @ Abdul Rehman S/o Gada Hussain Jamali, in Crime No.33/2026 of PS Sijawal for offence 353, 186, 506/2, 148, 149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 05.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
