Received bail application from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Ghotki,for disposal according to law and same fixed on 22.5.2026. The applicants/accused namely Hasul alias Ghato and Rahibare present with their counsel and submitted surety. One Deponent Sherdil son of Gullan Kosh r/o village Rangpur taluka ubauro filed an affidavit alongwith PSC of documents of land(Original produced in BA No: 1005/2026) issued by service centre Ghotki, for standing surety in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- each of above named accused. Order on it. Provisionally surety is accepted. Let PSC of documents surety sent for verification and entry. Accused are directed to attend on 22.5.2026 for confirmation or otherwise. Issue notice to complainant and DDPP for the state and call for police papers. |
