Disposal Execution Application No.10/26 (allowed on 01.6.2026) is called for further proceeding/satisfaction of decree passed in Summary Suit No.30/25. The Decree Holder, his counsel, Judgment Debtor and his counsel are called absent. Per file on 03.7.2026 one Fateh Muhammad (the brother of Judgmenet Debtor) had given an amount of Rs.10,00,000/ Ten lac to the Decree Holder and such application was filed which is available on record and on the very day, the Decree Holder also filed an application with affidavit, which is available on record and order was passed on it. It was ordered that "Taken on record. Decree Holder present in open court stated that today he received entire decreetal amount of Rs.1000000 (One Million) from Judgment Debtor in cash and nothing is out standing against him". Since decree has fully been satisfied, therefore, R&Ps be cosigned in record after its due completion and compilation. |
