Arguments were heard, and the matter was fixed at 12:00 noon for arguments on behalf of the complainant. At 12:00 noon, the matter was again taken up. Counsel for the applicant/accused and the learned ADPP for the State are present; however, the complainant and his counsel, Mr. Asadullah Brohi, were again called absent. Order passed and announced in open Court.The bail of accused Saeed Ahmed is hereby granted in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.Today, one Azhar Ali appeared as surety and submitted his affidavit along with original Savings Certificates bearing Registration Nos. GJ-832526 to GJ-832528, each amounting to Rs. 10,000/-, totaling Rs. 30,000/-, for standing surety for accused Saeed Ahmed. Counsel for the accused made a statement regarding the genuineness of the Savings Certificates. Order passed thereon, and further order passed on the affidavit.On oath before me, the surety is accepted in the sum of Rs. 30,000/-, subject to verification. Issue release writ of the accused through the concerned Jail Authorities.The matter is already fixed on 28/02/2026 for final report. |
