Bail application called. Mr. Pitho mal, learned counsel for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Further arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, as per order bail granted to the accused in the sum of Rs:-30,000/-(Thirty Thousand) with PR bond in the like amount. One surety namely Salhu s/o Karman by caste Bheel, r/o village Haji Khalifo, Taluka Kunri District Umerkot, appeared and filed affidavit to stand as surety of accused Prem Chand. He/surety produced original three DSCs No.HG-743500- to 743502-. each of Rs:-10000/-(Ten thousand) total of Rs:-30000/-(Thirty thousand). Order passed on it.
